Your Guide to Custom Orders

How to Order

To place your custom print order, simply fill out the custom print form on our website. Within 1-2 business days, a Custom Print Specialist will contact you to address any questions, provide a digital rendering of your order, and offer a quote. This ensures that your order meets your specifications and expectations before proceeding. All orders will be placed manually by the Custom Print Specialist.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be submitted in a vectorized format. Vector artwork allows the design to be scaled infinitely without losing quality. High-resolution PNG images may also be accepted but require approval from our Print Specialist. For screen print orders, please specify your desired Pantone Coated Color from the Pantone Color Swatch Book. If no specific color is provided, we will select the closest available match.

Pricing Options

Our custom print services' pricing depends on the order quantity and chosen customization method - be it screen printing, laser engraving, or UV DTF printing. We offer competitive pricing to ensure you recieve the best value for your investment.

Processing & Shipping Times

Production begins once an order is finalized, which involves both parties approving the project mockup/visual proof and the receipt of payment. Custom orders typically require approximately 7 business days for production after the order is placed. Once production is complete, delivery takes about 3-5 business days. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders. Note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii or Alaska.
